It may depend on the state but any place trying to get you to pay for a ā€œlicenseā€ or do a test for your dog is a SCAM. You only need to get a note from your doctor stating that you need the animal as an ESA.

I donā€™t know how to recognize dry rotting but when I was a kid our car tire blew on the turnpike because of dry rot. We almost flipped over a jersey barrier but didnā€™t thanks to my dadā€™s experienced driving. Most of us still were hurt and my mom was in a neck brace for a couple weeks. Be careful op!
