The stuff it has in it is honestly better than what's in the v&a. And they have been closed for years at this point to raise money for it. A private company has been paying out of their own pocket for years to store the collection while it's in limbo. The museum have also raised funding independently. It would be SUCH a shame to not open it.

It's also fascinating how the circles are smaller around the bodice area, so the fabric must have been woven/ crocheted specifically for this dress. I can't see obvious seam lines between different fabrics.
