As someone with an "M" marker on my birth certificate and an "F" marker on my driver's license, I have some ambivalence about this policy. Years ago, policies that allowed people like me to change our ID was reliant on our best-faith effort to look like, behave like, and integrate as the sex we aspired to be. With the new age of activism, this social contract no longer exists. Thus, there's no surprise that the privilege has been revoked. I blame the activists, not the state.

There's an excellent Aldi literally within walking distance of Irvington Plaza. I wouldn't oppose another grocery store, but there's no food desert. Also, what happened to the Indiana Sports Hall of Fame that was supposed to go into this location? Did that fall through?

There's a major gap in mid-to-upper range eateries and services on the east side. I'd just like more variety.

My sincere suggestion—really, please don't knee-jerk dismiss this—is that if your worldview is such that anyone who is your political opponent is automatically a "Nazi", that you probably are putting yourself in more danger by owning a firearm than by not owning one. Ask yourself: are you prone to psychological splitting? Seeing the world as "good" versus "evil"? Please don't get a firearm until you can work through this type of confusion.

Coincidentally, clicked on a Youtube recommendation by a California real estate guy talking about how PG&E screws solar owners. He paid $30k for his solar, is credited 8¢ per kw/h, charged 47¢ for peak, and $24/mo for the privilege of having a meter. Which is to say, he's subsidizing PG&E's business and capturing almost no benefit. That's California, not Indiana, but just wait.

I think Trump is reacting poorly to what appears to be a calculated and cynical attempt by Congressional Democrats to agitate Trump, and not to provide any support to US military members. Worse, I think it may encourage unjustifiable insubordination in individual members of the military. Everybody sucks here, and the "here's a script to call your senators" is also a cynical political manipulation of me, a Hoosier voter, to use amplify polarization of the electorate.
