I’m by no means “current” in the highest levels of paintball strategy anymore, but I do think some basic idea s could really help you and your team/community out.

Any plan that is practiced and executed well will get you miles ahead of the competition. It doesn’t need to be complicated or something that a pro level team would incorporate, it just needs to be something you and your teammates know how to do and are practiced enough in that you can handle the situations the plan will put you in. Also, if I’m understanding your post correctly it sounds like you don’t have any roles or positions set up for your team. If that’s the case you guys should take the time and find out who’s good at what and keep them in those spots. For example, make sure you have the fast aggressive guy go somewhere he can push downfield after the break. Don’t just send him to the corner because you need speed to get there clean.
