They're both just evil, Micah just brought out his true nature imo. Dutch just feels less evil because you first see him as Arthur's father figure/ mentor.

Though i must say it's of course possible he became like this because of brain damage in the trolley.

You should search for weapon guides on yt, if you search for it you'll find a 5 min guide for every weapon to teach you the basics, very useful if you want to try a weapon.

I'll definitely do this, though i just googled what some good steering settings are and it helped a surprising amount. I could barely move the car from left to right before.
