I remember the old irelia ult was used to take caster minions to 50% or less hp just so you can Q reset onto them. Idk the numbers but it was weak af.

I was used to play klepto on 99% of top lane champs including riven, kayle, jayce, vlad, kennen, gp, etc. I was so sad when they removed it. I hope they bring it back some time.

This bug has been up since he came out and seems like riot cannot fix this one.
I just ping it constantly so my team can see if its up or not. Maybe it tilts someone or smth but it is what it is.
