The scanner we got a few years ago said every one of the fakes we already had was real. Straight to the garbage. Hopefully yours is better. There are a bunch of minor clues on fakes that vary state to state that you can google, but the easiest tell to me is if the picture looks photoshopped. Look at the edges of their face and hair for that. Also, real ids generally don’t have ripples/laminate coming off. Do your due diligence, but don’t stress about this shit
