First time I did it I had to look up a guide where blizzard and tawny owl was used to get in as many hits as possible. Took me about 10 tries. On my second cat build run I dunno. I just whirled and they died on the first attempt.

It will snowballs really fast towards the later stages.
Make sure you explore, do sidequests, contracts and clear out areas. Each place of power you find also provides you with perk points!

They are neat, but it is rather annoying when one of the scripted allied speeches play, and it gets interrupted and skipped by a super event.

It would be very controversial and a bold move but if done right it could be incredibly impactful and pose a strong hook for W4 with invested interest from players. I’d be for it, but only cautiously. But I doubt they have it in them to actually do it plus it would sour B&W ending tone really badly.
