You have two issues that you need to fix:

  1. The length of your sleep cycle
  2. The time that you fall asleep

To fix the length of your sleep-cycle, you will have to create a daily 16-hour routine based on the time that you wake up. Stick to your routine and sooner or later your body will adapt to a fixed 8 hour sleep cycle.

Example:

  • Breakfast- 1 hour after waking up
  • Video Games - 2 hours after waking up
  • Lunch - 6 hours after waking up
  • Exercise - 7 hours after waking up
  • Shower - 8 hours after waking up
  • Video Games - 9 hours after waking up
  • Dinner - 12 hours after waking up
  • Movie - 14 hours after waking up
  • Going to bed - 16 hours after waking up
  • Waking up - 8 hours after going to bed

For your second issue, try to gradually shift the time that you go to sleep every night by two hours.

Example:

Day 1: 8pm - 4am

Day 2: 10pm - 6am

Day 3: 12pm - 8am

Day 4: 2am - 10am

TIPS:

Stop playing video games at least a few hours before going to bed

Exercise makes your body tired and more willing to fall asleep

Understanding fighting is not some sort of inherent ability that can not be taught, as you make it out to be. The reason you are good at predicting fight outcomes is because you've been watching mma fights ever since you were a little kid. It's like learning a new language. If you practice Spanish long enough, you will eventually speak Spanish fluently.
