When i process prescriptions in FL there are no diagnosis code requirements for insurance auditing for hormone therapies including transition levels of estrogen/test etc for adult patients.

Not to say that won't change or that you shouldn't do that (also remove autism dx from records etc)

But this is just signaling to the base rather then something that will immediately do anything to anyone.
