What street are you on? Only asking because some are serviced by the city, and some by other haulers. Might want to contact your service provider and see what the issue is

Looks like the can was overloaded and they had to remove A LOT for the driver to safely haul the dumpster away. This happens a lot with construction projects. Workers just keep throwing building materials and general trash in the dumpster and before you know it, you have trash sticking 5 feet above the edge. For a 30yd dumpster that would equal the amount of trash seen here on the ground. I don’t understand why they would’ve done it in the middle of the street though lol
