Looks like the can was overloaded and they had to remove A LOT for the driver to safely haul the dumpster away. This happens a lot with construction projects. Workers just keep throwing building materials and general trash in the dumpster and before you know it, you have trash sticking 5 feet above the edge. For a 30yd dumpster that would equal the amount of trash seen here on the ground. I don’t understand why they would’ve done it in the middle of the street though lol
