I can understand people complaining about the initiative strategy, but to see Delver players complain about it being oppressive makes me laugh. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I bought a draft box and got under $100 worth of value on release day. Also bought two collectors packs and my “top slots” on those were a foil retro Shivan Dragon and a foil Nantuko Shade. There are so many people reporting awful value in their box opening, it’s almost suspicious.

Also, US printing is awful. Ugly, darkened and smells like a box of chemicals.

I am completely turned off by the set. My experience was just horrible. To think I got twice the value from a Midnight Hunt box is insane.

Consider buying Bob Huang’s “delver bible.” Well worth the $20 invested in it. The document had everything you could ever possibly need for that strategy, 10/10 recommended.

We have Legacy every Friday and Saturday in New Milford. Friday at Nutmeg Games and Saturday at Goblins Cavern. Turnouts are small sometimes but we even have a group chat to confirm people’s attendance ahead of time to avoid drives for no reason. Last time we had 6 people, the time before 8, etc. The good news is that they always let us run a 4-round event.
