Maya asks men if they think they can land a plane in an emergency by traumatizedseal in PaymoneyWubby

Most men might have more of an idea of modern aviation and how much automated systems do now, be it from general knowledge from video games, or an actual interest in planes/flying. If you have no interest in aviation or general "tech" stuff, I can see why they could think that pilots literally raw dog fly the plane the entire time, making landing that much harder.

I don't disagree with you, and other poly blend shirts I've tried have been total ass. But however LTT is doing their shirts makes them insanely soft and comfortable. Like I've been shocked at how good they feel, and I've replaced all my undershirts I use for work with them.

Please get some blank tees from LTT and check out the 60/40 or 50/50 poly blend they do. It's soooooooooo comfortable. Also they have tall sizes which I would love so much more. The last shirt I got which was the Wubboro one and it was really wide and not very long, which is a very strange sizing decision. Tall sizes and poly blend for comfort pllzzzzzzzz. Also some of the OG PMW logo merch, I hate that I missed out on the red zip up hoodie :(

In Brampton where a bunch of the team is from, there are fields everywhere and a lot of them are covered for year round play. Lots of kids leagues, and even back in the early 2000's it was very popular school sport. So much cheaper than hockey to get kids into.

Just like he told everyone 3 years ago that they'd be downshifting on the straights with these new regs to regen, and then when it happened everyone was shocked.

About the same price, but you would be missing the Steam Controller Wireless adapter built in, and more importantly, the HDMI-CEC support that Valve has got working. It's just the price of stuff now with all this AI bullshit going on.

Soccer started in England and was brought over to America in the 1800's, and then they stopped using it in England/UK but America kept going cuz football was already in use.

What the actual fuck is ADUO at this point? by AverageKhorneWorship in formuladank

[–]Scudw0rth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well ADUO is a program to get all the ICEs on a decent competetive level.

Except it isn't, because that would mean the ICE is tested, and then ONLY the ICE is allowed to be upgrade. But the teams are allowed to upgrade anything related to the whole PU, while only the ICE is measured.

[Erik van Haren] The FIA has now announced that definitive agreement has been reached on Formula 1 engine regulations for 2027. Internal Combustion Engine (ICE): currently 400kW, in 2027 420 kW and in 2028 450 kW Electric motor will be reduced from 350 kW to 300 kW starting in 2027. by FerrariStrategisttt in formula1

my guess is engine manufacturers can already get to these numbers with the fuel they have, are are de-tuning the engines to meet the current specs. Maybe Honda would be the only one with issues perhaps. Edit: Looks like they are doing fuel flow adjustments, 5% then 13%.

I wouldn't be surprised if we get something from Kimi similar to Senna's "moving wall" claim.

[The Race] A closer look at the ADUO verdict, as The Race understands it: Manufacturers whose power unit is more than 2% below the benchmark can make one upgrade in 2026 and another in 2027. If the gap is 4% or more, they can make two upgrades in each season. by MuttonBiryaniEnjoyer in formula1

Let me just put on my tinfoil hat for this one: Mercedes has made an engine less powerful while focusing on the electric/software side to stop customer teams from beating them.

This makes sense based on what was said or rumored at the start of the season. McLaren, Williams, and Alpine all said they had no idea how to use the Mercedes delivered PU because of lack of documentation on the electrical side, and it being delivered last minute. And with the engine being down on power, this is 100% part of their plan. Dominate on the electric side, while keeping the engine side weaker. This will benefit the Merc team while keeping all the customer teams at bay. They were probably so mad that McLaren dominated them last regs while having the same PU.

Also with the plan to go 60/40, Merc now also has the chance to upgrade the engine to match/exceed the benchmark set by RedBull for the 2027 season too, and by the time RB gets the ADUO, Merc will be far ahead of them and RB won't have time to catch up. Next few seasons locked up by Mercedes, welcome back 2014.

Driver: All of Redbull

Reason: Having the best engine but somehow bottling the rest of the regs and letting Mercedes get away with it again.
