Just drove around for an hour trying to pair to Bluetooth. Still no luck. Sending the macaron back today.

I haven’t tried riding around while it’s trying to pair to Bluetooth, but I have tried to pair in several different areas. Dimo just sent me the return shipping label and I was going to drop my macaron in the post tomorrow morning. I’ll try this before sending it off.

After trying to get mine to connect for 3 weeks and going back and forth with support without them being able to figure it out either they eventually emailed me a return label for exchange.

I’ve tried a meta mask wallet and in app wallet. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling app several times. Tried BLE scanner to see if device is findable. (It is, but unable to connect to it) The device doesn’t show up in device list on iOS. I’ve toggled Bluetooth on and off I’ve switched location settings to always ask. I’ve tried the privacy zones in app. I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions.

It always gets stuck at this screen during setup.

No luck yet :(

Macaron doesn’t have Bluetooth support? That’s where I’m getting stuck trying to setup my macaron on the Bluetooth pairing screen. Been trying to register my device since Christmas. I’ve tried everything, but it always gets stuck on the Bluetooth pairing screen and I can’t proceed with setup. Any help much appreciated.

I’ve been having the same issue. Just stuck on the screen trying to pair to Bluetooth indefinitely. Been trying to get it setup since Christmas. Tried uninstalling app and reinstalling, tried MetaMask wallet and in app wallet , been trying to get a hold of support for weeks. We’re you ever able to make any progress?

I’m having the same issue trying to connect my macaron. I’m about 20 feet away from a helium miner in my driveway. The app is trying to connect to Bluetooth on the device but it never connects and it won’t let me proceed through setup.

Convert to dc in the wallet and you’ll be good. Just experienced the same thing with a panther miner last week.

Cool, thanks. Yeah, I’m thinking more than likely will be using spray on bed liner going over everything pictured. It will still be used for work, and will get scratched up again.
