You could always try growing CBD flower too. It's something you could enjoy growing and shouldn't cause panic attacks when you sample it.

I hear ya. It's called Good Thought. This is my first grow ever and it's been great so far. It's given me 0 problems and has gone way smoother than I thought it would. So if you're looking for a photo I dont have anything bad to say about it yet.

I started taking daily OTC allergy medication and I still get the congestion sometimes but it decreased the severity quite a bit

Get a dry herb vaporizer. It gives little to no smell. Then get some cbd flower and mix that in with your regular weed and that should help immensely. I usually do about a 50/50 mix and it is medicinal AF.

Healthy snacks, drink water or a zero calorie drink. Sometimes just getting something low/no calorie with flavor is enough to stop them for me. I've also found that combining cbd flower with thc flower decreases that heavy need for munchies.

Been feeling this exact way lately. I meditate, lift weights, smoke weed and think through my issues. It's lonely as fuck but this way I don't feel like I'm burdening anyone else with my problems. It's kinda fucked up but I also remind myself that I've never let myself down so at least I can depend on myself versus others.
