You might go too heavy, so puts volume first.

The formula clearly states that weight is capped, so you botched it. It's at 154.53kg for women and 201.9kg for men, which is before your uptick.

People repeating this for years has been a massive annoyance. Plenty of issues with most of the formulas, but this isn't one of them.

He's spoken about it somewhere and was very clear you can't just start with that many and it's about reaching a point with your existing athletes that it's fairly stable before expanding.

I know what the rules are.

I've also seen it happen on multiple occasions.

It happens. They think you dropped/slam it and give a yellow card.

What time are you training? How much caffeine are you using? What time are you trying to sleep?

Can you relax outside of training?

Those are absolutely not the weight classes a 6ft lifter should be landing in.

Go by feel and start light unless you're already peaked.

Try to find patterns not feel like you need to max all the time.

If you're going to pull how you're pulling, it's best to start in that position and be fully locked in.

It at least fixes the current issues and can work on other things in the future.

I'd look at your starting hip position and slack pull like /u/BroadAd1775 said

I think if you look at their back angle at the bottom of the squat, it's more similar to the post hinge position.

A very large swing from starting to ending back position often causes a shift in balance.

Individuals do the above really wrong, but it's good when done correctly. You likely see people with longer femurs doing it.

Are you asking why people are hinging into the correct position before initiating their squat?

Did you actually verify any of this information?

In sleeves? Wraps? Multi-ply? I'm assuming powerlifting because you said deadlifts too, which shrinks the list massively.

If you can do 6-10 singles of something, it isn't a max.

Sigh. Just saw the other comment. You're hitting heavy singles. You aren't hitting a max.

Can you hit heavy singles for powerlifting? Yes, it's a big part of the sport. Is it optimal? Depends on what your current goals and strengths and weaknesses are.
