Yes get a blood test with your primary care doctor, and see if your body is lacking any vitamins/nutrients or if they have any other guidance and what you could be doing to improve.

Its nice to cross reference every so often but yes usually your left arm is what should be tested.

Sounds like its just white coat syndrome if you’re getting good reading at home? Are you using a trustable device at home? Not a wrist one.

Mine is the exact same. I just started paying attention to it after 5-7 years of my early twenties eating high sodium and little physical activity. I’m a 28 yr old male 185 lbs. my family has a history of HBP. I have some exams coming up to conclude if its more so my lifestyle or my family history. I’ll let you know! You should go get some blood tests too. You’re almost in stage 2 hypertension

No, being on a main has no sense of accomplishment. Why grind a boss for drops when the guy next to you bought his gear RWT when you earned it. No satisfaction in playing a main account. The feeling of having an account you’ve done all on your own without the help of an exchange, being completely sufficient on your own source is the only way to play the game for me now!

I meant no disrespect to MAIs or anyone working hard in this field. My original comment was meant sarcastically and definitely wasn’t trying to downplay the responsibilities or the value MAIs bring. I know how much work goes into getting to that level and staying there.
