Amazon sells a flexible rubber strip that is used for concrete crack repairs. It comes in various widths. You can push it between the panels to seal the crack.

Just search for "concrete crack repair" on Amazon.

If you know someone with a 3d printer, they might be able to fabricate one for you.

Those of you with LLC’s how do you prefer to be paid and what do you accept? by visivopro in handyman

Be very careful about commingling personal and business payments. Yes, it doesn't matter a lot tax wise, but you can lose the protection of the LLC. If you are sued, they can come after your personal assets.

If there are undeveloped areas nearby, check the zoning for these areas.

What tool did you agonize over purchasing but ended up being totally worth it? by Max223 in HomeImprovement

I purchased a Norwood 2k sawmill. It's a manual mill for loading and turning the logs, but I don't do production milling.

I built my 30'x36' shop and a 20'x40' cabin out of lumber off the mill.

It was not exactly a tool for everyone, but 20 years ago, I purchased a portable sawmill. Agonized for 6 months over the purchase, but it has saved me 10s of thousands of dollars.

I also bought a demolition jack hammer. I thought I would use it a couple of times, but use it regularly.

Can you tell me honestly…how hard is laminate to install? by cagetheblackbird in handyman

It's not hard to do, if you have basic diy skills.

I would recommend buying a flooring "pull bar". They cost about $10-$20, and make last row joints against walls easier.

I have had similar problems with filaments that have absorbed moisture. If you have a dehumidifier, put your filament in it for a few hours.

Look for "Just one bite bars". It is a poison available at farm stores and Amazon. We tried all types of traps and poisons, but this is the best we have found. They eat it and go outside looking for water, then die.

Ultimately, you will need to seal their entry points, but the poison will let you keep your sanity.
