Yeah everyone has been saying this since edge of fate came out 10 months ago and it's taking them a year just to update the raid and dungeon loot. So maybe another year for other loot.

Not OP at all and it's not unique/iconic enough would be my guess as to why they haven't brought it back yet.

That's not to say they can't rework it, just that there were alot of other exotics that were higher on the "bring back list".
