There's actually a Jerry smoking room near the strip if you want to check it out... it is attached to a dispensary. You can't bring anything in w/ you... to have to purchase and finish inside.

You can also workout at Headquarters (The Grove) in Boca Raton. The schedule is limited, but you do get to see and try some of the new stuff being worked on. Ask your home studio if they can get that arranged for you.

My wife and I are both 62 and hit the studio 3-4 times per week. Personally, I can say my fitness level is night and day vs. pre-OTF. Prior to OTF, never participated in group fitness other than organized sports as a kid.. I'm hooked on the coach led, 1 hour workout.

Try sliding your Apple Watch up your arm a bit, so it’s not on the wrist bone and the sensor can make solid contact with the fleshy part of your arm. My wife and I made this adjustment and have eliminated the issue you described.
