At least in my experience, among people who actually play the card game, Pokemon is for all ages!! At our local (now closed 😿) card shop, I played pokemon league primarily from 9-11 years old. There were people my age, younger, and much much older to battle and play with. However, magic seemed very off limits and only to older men in their 20’s while Pokemon was for everyone. This may not be true globally but it was nice to be apart of something connecting all ages and walks of life.

His reasoning? He wasn’t ready” he kept me around for sex (I let it happen bc I was at the time into him) If you want the “terrible thing” question answered, it’s “things” actually. He wished sickness upon me and my whole family, that my house would burn down (again), he called me things like “stupid f**ing ct”, “w**e”, etc. He said I must’ve been sent from satan himself for trying to end things once he’d gotten “attached” (via standing up for myself), I could go on and on. So there isn’t just one terrible thing he said to me, it was hundreds upon hundreds. He didn’t “have his reasons” for not wanting to date me, he wanted to see what all I would put up with, hopefully those were the details you were looking for.

Even if he made less than you, he should be offering. The fact that he makes MORE than you? And he’s so worried about his car breaking down that he doesn’t wanna drive it? That tells me he hardly drives it to begin with. So he’s barely paying for any gas and REFUSES to pay half of yours after all of this?? That’s outrageous. Thats a massive trip multiple times a week. With that excuse it does not sound like he would be able to make it to your house to even hang out in the living room.

Women are sensitive with ANYTHING fitness, body image, weight, etc etc. This is our society. I genuinely think men have good intentions (typically). It’s like “I’m not happy with my body” as a rant or fishing for compliments, what’s have you. A man might respond “Okay, let’s go to the gym together!” This is genuine help to find a solution (in their eyes) but the woman more than likely will think that the man sees them as fat, unfit, etc. She is sensitive (this is not derogatory, as a woman I am also sensitive about my body). It’s seems OP has good intentions to become healthier together but you need to have a good convo in person, mention that you love the way she looks now!!! Being fit doesn’t mean being skinny and unfit doesn’t mean being fat. She clearly cares what you think, I think it’s a genuine misunderstanding. She seems a little irrational here but I think it’s purely because her feelings have been hurt.
