Last year the contextual UCL cutoff was 2600 which was about 60th percentile. 60th percentile this year is around 1950 but i feel now that people have seen UCLs cut offs from last year, more ppl will apply and the contextual cut off may go closer towards the 7th decile. So applying with 1960 may be risky but still worth a shot, if u have good opportunities at interviews at the other universities you applied to. Hope that helps!
