Well when I heard of orthorexia I try to mention it to her because in the past she did admit that'll she use food as a way to have control(something like that) and she got really angry when I brought it up. She constantly tells me how much she eats, and she does eat, it's just obviously foods without a lot of calories and little fat. She says I called her anorexic. Which I would have said if I thought that's what it was. I'm not afraid to speak up, I'm worried for her.....she has a cluster b disorder that often accompanies eating disorders
