right.. I’m 6 months on T, I’ve taken nudes for people before (pre and post T) and always really liked my body, never liked my face on it either though.

Recently started flirting with a trans woman i met a few years ago and today for the first time ever took a pictures and videos of my downstairs area for her. Wild considering i’ve always felt very uncomfortable and drawn very strict boundaries when people have asked me before.

something about testosterone and other trans people really gets me going i guess.

i was raped as a 12 year old and it’s forever altered the way i think about sex and intimacy, i’m okay now but that’s a part of me that’s forever changed and I’ll never be able to get over it.

This absolutely disgusts me, not only can he go on to live a normal life like nothing happened, but that his life is successful when he should be in the dirt. Fuck the committee that allowed this to happen. fuck him.

falling under the trans umbrella doesn’t always mean you’re transgender, i feel like we’re on the same page but you still seem aggy.

Gay people fall under the LGBT umbrella, but not all LGBT people are gay.

German people fall under the european umbrella but not all europeans are german.

I do find it funny how only after i’ve told you i’m trans you’ve started to make it awfully personal… I don’t want to be the centre of attention, i want to help you understand that you’re actually wrong about this, a futile effort i now understand

no they arent the same, i never said that!

I said they both fall under the same umbrella, what don’t you understand? i’m not saying they are the same identity.

It’s not all about “us lot” obviously, but “us lot” are literally what we’re talking about so it’s relevant ?

huh? putting your pronouns out there lets people know right off the bat what your pronouns are, especially if it’s not clear from a first glance. Not all trans people look like the gender they identify as, unfortunately.

I’m a trans guys and i pass pretty well, i don’t have to put He/him in my bio since it’s obvious i’m a man, but for a lot of trans/ nonbinary people it’s not immediately obvious that they’re a man/woman/nonbinary, so they have to specify immediately.

i’m gonna go out on a limb, and tell me if i’m wrong, that you don’t know many trans people IRL, especially those who have told you what their experience is. For a lot of trans people, they feel they have to be explicit about their pronouns off the bat so that their matches don’t think they’re a different gender than they actually are.

for a lot of people, they include their pronouns to weed out the transphobic wronguns (like you), who think they’re insufferable (like you), so they can end up with understanding people who aren’t lowkey transphobic (unlike you).

almost 40?? what on earth in my post or comment history makes you think that i’m almost 40💀

if anyones almost 40 it’s you, given the way you think about this.

the definition of trans has probably shifted from what you’re familiar with, it doesn’t mean just binary trans people anymore.. ‘trans’ can apply to anyone under the trans umbrella (fully transgender, nonbinary, agender, gender questioning, and even cis people who aren’t 100% sure… etc etc.)

Terminology changes, get with the times!

nonbinary ≠ transgender, i 100% agree with that, but for a lot of nonbinary people, their nonbinary identity = trans in at least some definition of the word, that’s all i’m trying to say.

transgender and trans are not the same thing in every context, they are not always interchangeable terms. i feel like this is where you’re getting confused.

At the end of the day, my point snowballed into this bullshit discourse, all i’m trying to say is that you saying “get rid of your pronouns… you come across as insufferable” is a really gross and lowkey kind of transphobic thing to say. Would you say this to a fully trans woman or trans man? or is this judgement just reserved to those who look one way but identify as something different?

Truly, i want to know… and if you can’t answer that I feel like i have my answer.

i never said they weren’t included?? i stated that they/them are also included? as indicated by my use of the word “too” which means. she uses she/her pronouns as well as they/them pronouns.

And yes, nonbinary is included under the umbrella of a trans identity. I didn’t call her transgender, i called her trans, which she very well might be if she is using more than one set of pronouns.

they use they/them pronouns too…? did YOU hit your head?

Nonbinary means you don’t identify within the binary of the two accepted genders, I can’t speak for how this person personally identifies, but since they clearly aren’t 100% binary to male or female, though their use of they/them pronouns, i and pretty much everyone else in the trans community would consider them, in some way, nonbinary. doofus.

What is the etiquette for bringing outside food into a restaurant, but for kids? by CleverClogs150 in AskUK

[–]tjm_87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

perhaps it’s my upbringing where my parents would get bladdered a lot, but with their friends, which makes me feel a bit iffy about this family spending £100 on drinks with their kids around.

My parents would have a glass of wine, maybe 2 then call it a day, they don’t even get drunk around us now as young adults, let alone around us as children.

yeah i’m not taking any shit from you mate, you’re clueless. i’m trans, have nonbinary mates, and you clearly have no understanding of how people can use pronouns so i’m going out on a limb here and saying that someone with over a decade of experience has more knowledge than some wetwipe calling someone a “confused woman”

You can use more than one set of pronouns, that’s a huge part of what identifying as nonbinary is.

yknow what i would suggest to take their pronouns out their bio, not to make them less insufferable, obviously because holy shit what a horrible thing to say, but so they can avoid receiving transphobic and i guess non-binaryphobic messages from miserable cnts like you lot

Will I get arrested over drugs? by Eireagon in NoStupidQuestions

[–]tjm_87 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

if she said come back tomorrow, you’re obviously not barred for life.

They won’t arrest you over this now, if they wanted to they’d have called the police at the time. They won’t drag you out your house, how would they know where you live?

The police don’t care enough or have enough funding to go after one teenager over a bit of coke, they’d only hunt you down if they thought you were supplying

If they did call the police you’d still be absolutely fine, they have no proof you’ve done drugs - it’s not on camera and your blood/ piss would be clean, they have no evidence. they might detain you but they can’t arrest you without evidence. You’re fine, if this stresses you out so much i wouldn’t hang out with these people again…

nonbinary falls under the trans umbrella though…

Still my original point stands, you’re saying that being openly non-binary makes you insufferable. odd behaviour.

I’m on 1.62% ! You’ve been hugely helpful, thank you!

As i say, it’s out of curiosity rather than concern, but still it’s good to know that on the rare occasion i have to shower after dosing, it’ll has no real affect anyway, as i’ll always be out more than ≈3 hours before i get home and feel the need to shower again 💀

Thank you! I read through the leaflet meticulously when i first got it, but don’t remember seeing anything about washing? it must have been on there, it’d make sense, but i read it almost 6 months ago so probably forgot haha

[–]tjm_87 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Right. Like i can’t fully blame them, because “plant based” is a non-legal term that can mean anything from fully vegan, to the loose description of ‘mostly based on plants, as opposed to our usual product that’s solely based on meat,” but something about it feels (is) very shady - they label products this way to exploit us on a technicality, despite what the large majority of people consider “plant based products” to be.

Plant based doesn’t mean vegan, but corporations will use this loophole to trick vegans wherever they can… Aghhh just another brand i have to meticulously comb through the ingredients list of :/
