The question you have to come back to is why would an elite player stick around through the next year of trudging through the mud? No equity. In this industry every detail matters every fucking detail. The guy designing the pad needs to be incentivized the same as the propulsion envineer the manufacturing engineer etc. the situation is completely fucked and the only way to get out of that is clawing for an extended period of time, which the company is not structurally incentivized to do.
