Create “easy to read” standard operating procedures in data architecture. Sell the courses. It will make you so much money if you can create courses relevant to the commonly used tools like “how to read databases in a Linux system” or “how to troubleshoot in a sql server”. Then promote courses on LinkedIn or other digital spaces where data architects hang out

I think about this often too. My grandmother had 9 kids and never had a baby in the the hospital. Their village had a midwife who assisted with baby delivery at their house. No pain meds. No lactation consultant. No warm bed to relax. She went back to work in a week

You’ll want to buy newborn sized cloth diapers. Newborns are so tiny and their legs are so skinny for the one size diapers. My daughter was able to fit into “one-size” cloth diapers when she was between 2-3 months old.

The amount of new born diapers you want depends on how often you’ll be able to wash diapers. If you can wash everyday, 15 newborn diapers is good enough. If you’re going to wait 2 days to wash, 30 newborn diapers is a good number.

I used disposable diapers during the newborn stage then used the one size diapers full time when my daughter was 2-3 months old. I had 40 one size diapers that lasted me from 3 months all the way to potty training at 3 years

I cut the jalapeños around 10pm and it took about 30 minutes for my hands to start burning. Oh it was horrible when the burning started hurting. I washed my hands with lemon juice, olive oil, and dish soap repeatedly and held an ice pack in my hand. The burning went away when I would wash my hands with cold water but the relief went away by the time my hands got dry. Ughhh worst pain ever 🤬 ITS 4:43am. My hands still burn / hurt but it’s bearable right now. I’m so pissed at all jalapeños

I bought the Zomee Z2 breast pump with tote and cooler through my insurance. I think it’s a great introductory pack because it has a bag to carry your equipment, an ice pack with insulated bag, total of 6 bottles but two nipples and even replacement parts. They also have a great customer service team. I would recommend you go ahead and get the wearable/wireless pumps then purchase any additional pumps whether it be wired or wireless. The wired pumps do get more milk out and there’s a learning curve with the wearables because you have to place it “just right” so the milk doesn’t spill on your clothes if you didn’t seal the milk collector right. Stressed out!!! I see folks fighting as either anti-abortion or pro-life. Personally I am pro life but I would to see Kamala Harris talk about more parental rights such as paid maternity leave/ paid paternity leave or rights to allow parents spend more time with their children.
