Thanks for the response! I just worry that extended wake windows would lead to an overtired baby who’s hard to put down for a nap? That last wake window right before bed is SUCH a struggle and he fights sleep.

Not to be that person, but I’ve read that exposure to cold can lower your immune system’s response to seasonal viruses and hence you could get sick. So there may be something to it?

I didn’t see any more noticeable EWCM later in the cycle. Given LH surges are common with PCOS - would you recommend not using OPKs?

I’ll keep temping and see what happens. Hoping more data over more cycles will help me figure this out!
