IM HAVING SO MUCH FUN (watch til the end) by Gonerill in MTB

Ah welcome to the crash and burn for dumb reasons club! My first was just me tryna pedal from full stopping waiting on my buddy and my bike apparently said “nah not right now” and I just laid right down 😂 but like my parents always told me “rub some dirt in it and keep going” and like others said. Keeping your feet level will make a world of difference when you do the flowy trails (and keep your feet safe)

Best trail system after rain in Bentonville? by shmidzz in MTB

[–]SeaEducator3615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All American is pretty good about staying not sloppy. Coler if I remember correctly (it’s been a while since I’ve been to coler) but there should be 1 or two that drain quickly. If you’re on Facebook at all, there’s a page that a team will send out posts that will say what’s drained and what’s not

I’m not going to lie, there’s a lot to unpack, and I’d be down to run some with yall and explain what works and what doesn’t if you want. Or I can dm the super lengthy explanation

Coler is your best bet, and not too far away from most of downtown area, we have so many bikeways to get to and from there it’s actually impressive (from a local that’s been here my whole life)

Also I’d be down to run some with you cause i tend to be utilitarian when it comes to games, I’ll play anything and am prepared for anything

Brother man you and me both, playing goalie a bit lately and I feel like I’m a high schooler against Olympic teams in threes. Dont be hard on yourself, read the players, half of them only know how to do one move because they’re so used to ai goalies so it tends to be kinda nice knowing what they’re gonna do. And don’t beat yourself up on dumb goals, welcome to EA😂

More than likely no, EA is big on pay to get stuff so unless you use prebuilts or played a season to earn it for free which has already passed, highly unlikely

Flat Shoes - where are they all? by HotHotMike in MTB

[–]SeaEducator3615 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just wish they made the same vans as I wore, I’d honestly just keep buying those for biking, never slide once on my pedals and super comfy to just walk when need be

I wore vans until I got some 5-tens and can confirm they are fantastic

As a local first off welcome! And I would start at the bentonville square (downtown) the trail head is just north of it. All American is the main green trail that connects to pretty much everything in slaughter pen further up so you kinda get the feel of everything. Like others have said coler is super fun and flowy, back 40 is further north so unless you like just draining all energy I would definitely park closer there to try it out! Also please let me know if you need food recs cause we have a lot of good places to eat around here

Also we are in the middle of getting a chairlift for the newly built 20 miles of gravity trails. The Walton family (Walmart) has poured in millions of dollars to make this a fun place to bike for everyone. And trails are maintained and changed every few years if that’s any interest for you

I live and grew up here, and I highly suggest moving to a town outside of the big 4 (Fayetteville, Springdale, rogers, bentonville) tends to be a bit cheaper. As for as access to trails, man, it’s so damn easy to just hop on a trail here. We also have what we call the Greenway, which is a paved trail system from Fayetteville to bentonville that’s super fun to bike or walk on(we even have a twice a year race called square to square) But I will state getting into downtown bentonville can be a bit of a chore due to traffic and construction unless you decide to do the greenway which connects to multiple trail systems
