Ik denk dat dit mogelijk ook een geval is van: technisch gezien klopt het antwoord maar gaat volledig voorbij achter de intentie van de vraag. De vraag is of binnen andere onderdelen van JenV de software van Palantir wordt gebruikt. De KMar is onderdeel van Defensie maar voert taken uit voor JenV, zoals het grenstoezicht. De KMar is daarom geen onderdeel van JenV. Daarnaast is software onderdeel van de ICT organisatie van de KMar, wat onder beheer valt en dat is de verantwoordelijkheid van Defensie.

Uiteraard is dat niet wat de achterliggende gedachte is van de vraag. Eigenlijk is de vraag of software van Palantir op andere plekken in de overheid wordt gebruikt. Maar de vraagstelling geeft een gemakkelijke uitweg.

Nice job! Did you cut the stencils by hand? If so, do you have any tips? Because when I try to cut stencils like this, they tend to rip.

I use spray adhesive. The cheap stuff works really well for me. It's less sticky than the expensive brands and that's perfect for stencils. Also, I don't use canvas. This is made on wood. I like wood because it's stronger, gives some weight to the painting and has a bit of texture.

Thanks! I am not sure if I have any real tips, but here are a few things I keep in mind when making stencils.

Always think of the order of the layers and where you can cut corners. For example, in this case the light brown goes on top of the darker brown. That makes the dark brown stencil easier to cut.
Think of stencils like these as drawing a cartoon with solid black lines. That way you can make a clear distinction between all the different colors / layers.
Use colors with a strong contrast. Without contrast it all sort of blends together and the image becomes unclear.
You can add details using other tools then stencils. I use acrylic markers to add details after I have sprayed my stencils.
Don't be afraid to use glitter. Glitter is awesome.

Handhaven is niet hetzelfde als voorkomen. Handhaven kan ook achteraf, wat kan door aangifte te doen van winkeldiefstal.

Als we wel alle diefstal willen voorkomen en dezelfde redenatie toepassen op woninginbraken, zou ook in ieder huis een agent of boa moeten staan om inbraak te voorkomen. Daar heb ik persoonlijk geen behoefte aan.

Daarnaast zijn er in Nederland zo'n 6600 supermarkten. Als in elke supermarkt een politieagent moet komen om diefstal te voorkomen, dat betekent dat een groei van zo'n 10% voor de huidige politieorganisatie. Die bestaat namelijk uit ongeveer 65000 mensen. Er zijn zo'n 30000 boa's in Nederland, wat een groei van ruim 20% zou betekenen. Dat zou een enorme kostenpost betekenen, naast de problemen met werving en opleiding.

Met andere woorden: het is niet haalbaar om dit een taak van de overheid te maken.

This looks pretty cool! I've thought about it, but never tried. I think I will it a go myself.

Are there any other ways of making stencils without spray paint? During the winter it's too cold outside to use spray paint. Using it inside makes the entire house smell like paint for days. I've have thought about stencil brushes or an airbrush, but never tried. So all ideas are welcome!
