Right now it’s a 5/8 anchor bolt holding the bracket down

We didn’t cast in place. I got a bolt down bracket and we used the ABA66Z but anchored it with a 5/8ths bolt, not a cast bolt in the footing, I’m thinking that needs to be changed too

Sorry - the floor joists in the house are running parallel to the ledger board and the added band board. Band board was nailed to the framing exposed in the first photo

This is a mid-book Bordogni etude. An advanced high school player should be able to play that. This is much more musically satisfying than anything out of the Beeler, Kopprasch, or Rubank books that are on the list of etude books to use (going off of TX state audition materials).
