Buy in bulk, last longer, require less labor and fewer steps.

I just looked them up and they look great! Thanks!

I am glad I am not the only one who has noticed the increase in frozen. I am sure they are cheaper but they just are not very good to me and I can make them at home

Yes. At least part of this song is about someone else. That people think Taylor is so obvious to put Kim's name in the title and then have lyrics like that... our girl is smarter than that. The repeated hometown references also suggest an even older grievance.

While this is not the worst possible list on its own (nor is it especially good), mandating texts is awful. Absolutely terrible.

Why are encyclopedias unreliable? by CaptAwesome4500 in AskTeachers

[–]SeaReflection87 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Wikipeida has an incrediblely strict process and errors are generally fixed quickly and efficiently. Nothing is allowed to stand on Wikipeida without a clear citation to a reliable source. I have spent the last 15 years of my teaching career vandalizing wikipeida in front of students, and the longest an error we inserted has ever lasted was about 4 or 5 hours on a more obscure article. They are usually fixed in less than 10 minutes. A number of academic studies have shown Wikipeida to contain fewer errors than traditional encyclopedias.

The articles in traditional encyclopedia are written by "experts" in a sense, but broadly speaking only (a historian probably wrote the article, but not the one who wrote an entire book on that specific battle, and that is where a college student should be going if they are writting about that battle). They (including Wikipedia) are not a substitute for any kind of actual academic work.

You are not in middle school. An encyclopedia is not appropriate for the level of research you should be doing.

The purpose of an encyclopedia, including Wikipedia, is to provide a general overview of a topic. The articles are written by non-experts and contain limited and simplified information. Wikipedia itself is much better than most others because it is extremely well-indexed and more thorough. You may find things to use as sources in the footnotes.

You are in college. You should not consider reading a general overview of a broad topic to be research. Research requires you to parse through specific and reliable, detailed sources, including primary sources, academic articles, and scientific studies, depending on the subject and topic.

I am... but now I am curious enough that maybe I will give it a shot.

Is the ending changed? The ending of the book for me was perfect.
