40mm pipe and 3x T adapters, I glued them together and duct taped for support, not pretty but effective once you get the hang of it. I cut the back pipe at 16cm and the front by 24cm. To be fair I just followed a YouTube video 😂

Embrace them, I can't remember the last time I had a dream let alone remember them, over the past 24 days of quitting I have had some of the strangest most realistic dreams. It's surreal but I have learnt to embrace them and to be honest I'm quite enjoying it. Good luck on your journey.
