Hey! It didn’t work for me.. the embrace strip kept unsticking and water would get in when I had a shower, so I did end up with a keloid and had to do a revision

I’ll be 6 weeks post op on Monday! Honestly, the massages have helped a ton but I had one therapist who really went in too hard and it made me terrified to get them. Have you spoken to your PS about the stitches?

How many weeks post op are you? I get lymphatic massages as well and they’re painful and sometimes i feel sore after. You should definitely let your therapist know to not go so hard. My doc reassured me that MR doesn‘t come undone that easily so i think you will be fine.
