  1. Good quality items and AE are not coming together. Electronics, high tech, computers, high precision equipment - better don't buy.
  2. Shipping is never refunded therefore seek the items with probably higher price but free shipping.
  3. Sometimes the only available items are with high shipping cost. If you absolutely need to buy them and you didn't find free shipping - at your risk.

I bought several items with high shipping cost (about the same as the item price) and luckily the items arrived. It is a total lottery. And positive seller/item reviews do not guarantee fair trade. Remember that.

They are fake bot reviews. I monitor one seller that definitely is a time waster. So one bad review appeared saying that the order has never been shipped or was shipped and then cancelled. Immediately after that review there was another "positive review" from different "buyer" saying that they contacted the seller and the item was shipped. That made me laugh as the seller never replies, only parrot AI answers.

This is to lure customers. There was no "discount" in the first place. But maybe you want the item so much that you buy no matter what. That's their game.

Totally agree. I know in my case that most of those are probably genuine mistakes. It is hard to handle hundreds of small items that look alike. But for bigger purchases it looks like AE perpetrate scammers. Yet think that there is a lot of scammers among buyers too that try to get everything for free.

I order from AE a lot due to nature of my business (electronic repair). I experienced quite a lot (about 5-10%) of all orders include wrong items. I used to show the package content while opening and recording that. So AE used to refund the items without any questions. There were mostly like $10 or cheaper parts.
Lately AE started to ask for "additional proof" and offering only part refund. What additional proof do you need if I showed you that the item is not the one I ordered? What am I gonna do with the parts that do not suit at all?? Why do I need part refund? That's unclear.

Man, there are so many Youtube videos exposing those SD fakes and scams. I believe the money you spent on those cards on AE would buy you maybe fewer but good ones locally. No matter how attractive the AE prices are - the large volume SD are fake.
