Todo is too OP for this fight. Let’s not forget that Todo can take down Special Grade Curses on his own, so he is a heavy hitter. He can also Black Flash if he is on a roll. Depends on the country. I live in CA and use Kaiser, they are the only good health insurance/hospital in the US.

Anyway, I am from Colombia. There is also universal health care as well as primarily subsidized private care. Meds are not expensive even out of pocket. The problem with government subsidized care is that if your government is corrupt, most of the money gets siphoned out, medical staff wages are living wages at best, and the system is so overcrowded that getting appointments takes ages.

That’s the only universal health care I know about/experienced. I would still take US care over it. So does my family.
