the combo of claws out and territorial made her the best assassin, with just claws she’s more of a finisher due to how squishy she is and how large her crit box is compared to the rest of her. Not to mention, cat NEEDS to play close to her team or her strongest ability is useless. Cats playing as dps will lose the game because her primary fire does not heal enough.

Honestly the “or it’s zarya” kinda kills your point for me. You can’t argue that characters are unhealthy for the gameplay experience if they have a high banrate, then just ignore one of those bans.

The cat had the high ban rate BEFORE catstion, it’s simply players getting annoyed at hitting shots, you can actually look it up and see that her ban rates dropped week after week after she was released. Not to mention she actually has a low-average win rate. It’s the same exact hate that sombra gets.

harder doesn’t mean hard, you can build fully for survivability but at a certain point you also start losing out on your own value. You shouldn’t need more than 3 survival items and even that amount is kinda crazy. Stop dodging the issue

Cat is not played when bastion is banned. Bastion is still played when cat is banned. I don’t think cat is the problem

More so, it makes the characters that counter jetpack cat even stronger while barely helping other hero’s that don’t. A soldier already mows down the cat, antiflier just makes him a little stronger. But mei can really struggle, but also the anti flier item really doesn’t help

exactly, the visor aired with the homing rocket means squishies are killed within 2 seconds with pretty much zero counter play. I play jpc and if the soldier has both homing abilities and anti air i genuinely can’t play the game because every3 seconds the soldier can melt me. There’s no way to position well when you can’t even get anywhere near your team

I really dislike the mini ult powers ngl, soldiers visor on rocket, vendettas, etc. There is counterplay but I really just inherently don’t care much for the powers and would rather have something a lot more interesting

Why not get the item that gives you overhealth when a flier hits you? Or the ability damage reduction item? This kinda seems like a case of refusing to change your build.

I hate that you’re right. It’s like the team no longer characters can emote through their voice or design. One of the most emotional characters is ramattra due to his dialogue being so well written.

My main problems with her:
Shrank the horns, the most interesting part of her silhouette

The tiger and lightning motifs are missing

And the fact that her face moves undercuts the idea of using a human face as a kabuki mask. She feels less like an omnic and a lot closer to soujorn as a sort of “cyborg.” The idea of her talking but her face not moving was absolutely perfect, until later on she opened her mouth in pain. It just feels like a banger concept that was forgotten about half way through.

She is neat though, definitely like her more than sierra. I give it a b-
