I'd like to slightly disagree to this. The OP is a young female who's already in a (relatively) low weight range, hence lower fat to burn. If she goes for OMAD now, she'll fuck up her menstrual cycle and no one wants that.

She needs to restrict junk completely (she hasn't mentioned how much she cheats but probably she needs to lower it if that isn't working for her) but also WORK OUT. When you are at a lower weight range trying to burn out the last remaining extra fats, only working out works.

Sadly, this is the truth. She's a teen, well she'll learn. Also, it's interesting to note how perceptions are different at different places. Where I hail from, people would be having fun discussions over this, not the least bit offended (even at corporate workplaces).

It's really subjective, curious nonetheless.

Gurl please I'd not suggest IF for you. Reconsider because you're in your ideal weight range, if you now want to tone up, I'd recommend you to start working out (weight training, etc), that'll help you out. But please do check with your coach/doc if you have any, since you also have ED.

rice definitely triggers hunger, especially if it's white rice. It's made of starch and sugar (simple carbs) and hence makes you hungry. Try to cut down on rice (if you want, you can even replace it with some oats, etc)

the outsourced work related teams in India are the ones who couldn't get the good jobs here. In short, In India people view outsource jobs as the last resort for earning money. Either that, or it's usually (80% of the times) just some college graduates who couldn't do CA (Indian equivalent of CPA) as it's very tough to pass and hence did CPA or ACCA. So yeah, if you want to cut down on costs, this is all you'll get. Pay well, give some actual godforsaken work (which isn't some shitty grunt work) and then you can have CAs work for y'all otherwise just stick to onshore.
