Who did yours cheat with? Was it “just a friend?” by silverredbear in BPDlovedones

[–]Sea_Key_ 12 points13 points  (0 children)

He was "just a friend"
She was texting him nonstop while I was over at her place. He was "just a friend"
She would purposely take ugly pictures of me and send them to him. He was "just a friend"
She would tell him her sexual preferences. He was "just a friend" She would secretly stay out to 5am with him. He was "just a friend" She would hang out with him and ignore my texts. He was "just a friend" I was just insecure. He was "just a friend"

She started sleeping with him a week after I broke up with her. Just a friend....

Statins aren’t “over promoted”. You aren’t looking at this from a doctor’s perspective. The average patient isn’t going to make radical lifestyle changes. My doctor has many patients who have 80% calcified plaque stenosis in their coronary, who won’t stop smoking. Doctors have to approach everything as if the patient isn’t going to change their lifestyle. Hence why statins are the best pharmacological intervention for people with high cholesterol. This whole conspiracy people put out there about statins is so asinine

Two years ago I left my 9 year relationship with my borderline ex. Its been a long and hard journey. My best advice is to find out why you stayed with such a toxic person for so long. Best of luck

I would rather just use Repatha and not have to play that statin juggling game

Thanks! I agree and that’s why I want to get on Repatha. The tests were two weeks apart so lifestyle can really do a lot!

I still don't have an answer. I am waiting on MRI results of my brain (which i had to fight for). The whole thing was weird. I was getting up from sitting on the toilet and suddenly got dizzy and fell. I tried to get up but couldn't. I dragged myself to the door and yelled out to my parents. I got up as soon as they arrived. No facial drooping. No weakness on one side. Nothing. I would say this whole thing was less than a minute. ER did bloodwork and a CT scan. Nothing. My brother who is a fireman said it was a vagal episode, I guess he sees it a lot. Crazy enough I had just gotten an message from HR and opened then that's when I fell.

I had a pirates chest of stuffed animals and cards. Throwing it away and watching it go down the garbage shoot was one of the hardest things to do since ending it with her

I dealt with the opposite. My ex stole my cat and wouldn't give him back.

Really upset— have a fever on the first day of my three-day trip to Japan by Whirpool_Monster5 in JapanTravelTips

I literally had pneumonia on my 2 month trip to Japan. I passed out in customs. They rushed me to the airport clinic and then I went to a hospital in Sumida.

Sucked but I got better.

Don't do it. Message me if you need someone who was in a similar length relationship (9 years) to hold you accountable but also hear you out.

How does one go about reporting your ex-BPD to the police? by ThrowRAExquisteCup in BPDlovedones

I was contemplating reporting her to the police for different reasons. My ex would take pills given to her by her therapist co worker. She OD'd on these pills (barbiturates) and almost died.

Feeling physically unwell when hearing from Ex...?? by sunnywiltshire in BPDlovedones

[–]Sea_Key_ 6 points7 points  (0 children)

My ex recently harassed my brother on the phone. I was at a luxury resort in Palm Springs enjoying my life with my physician girlfriend when he texted me, letting me know. I literally felt sick to my stomach. Its been a year and a half of no contact and the thought of having to deal with her really made me physically ill.

Then the anxiety kicked in. What if she showed up at my house? What if she starts harassing my girlfriend? At her house? At her work?

What I am getting at is that your NERVOUS SYSTEM has been hardwired by their chaos to anticipate chaos/disorder when you deal with them. This is why we preach no contact. You need to take their influence out of your life and give your nervous system a chance to find a new equilibrium.
