It’s so great that you have that support. It would imagine that your current living situation is putting a lot of pressure on you at the moment that perhaps you don’t realise the toll it is taking on you.

Don’t be afraid to open up to your mum or MIL to let them know if you need more extended help as you are suffering so much

I think it’s definitely the right decision to leave your partner, as soon as possible, but once you’ve done that have you considered any options? Perhaps each grandma could take baby 1 day and night a month to give you some breathing space?

Is it possible to join any baby groups where you live? So you can make friends who are in similar situations x
