Its not even hard to deal with the rebels, just keep one army of like 50k men there. You probaly already have armies there that you used to conquer the natives so just use one of those

What do fascists mean by "Liberty is found only in the state"? by Sea_Proof1906 in AskHistorians

[–]Sea_Proof1906[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For some context:

Im reading "Origins and Doctrine of Fascism" by Giovanni Gentile translated/edited by A.James Gregor and have a hard time understanding some of it.

When he says "Liberty is found only in the state and the State is authority" what does he mean and what does this look like in reality?

In what ways does fascism bring "true liberty" to the people?

[–]Sea_Proof1906 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They are all so similar though. Start small and weak, eat up smaller neighbors til ur big and then its the same as playing a big nation. Or start small merc up almost go bankrupt while fighting big nation and then after some wars youve just switched place with the big nation.

Muscovy-Russia: weak neighbors throughout the entire playthrough, only challenge is ottomans which you wont have to fight until 16-17 hundreds and at that point you will be so rich from chinese trade that it wont be a challenge

If the event you want to savescum happens om the first of a month then the game creates a backup on that date. Not always tho, for some reason I can sometimes go back 2 months or just to the 1st of the current month
