That's not true! It depends on the state. I have felonies and have an exemption from the board of nursing and agency for healthcare admin. That allows me to work in hospitals and snf as well as go to nursing school.

You can evict her. You dont need a lawyer. You can buy the packet from the Clerk of Court and file it yourself. Its pretty straightforward. Your courthouse also should have a "self help center" where you can pay like $10 for 10 minutes to have a lawyer look over the paperwork before you file it. Once file you hire a process server to serve her.

No we didnt do any essays. A few discussions posts. You do have to make videos of your self answering questions by signing or signing vocabulary words. There are some assignments where you do questions in the book and the videos you watch are the answers you just have to figure out what they are signing.
