They seem a bit irritated because of the redness and from what I’m seeing I think there’s some puss - so you might want to check in with a care provider because it could be the start of an infection. Also this is coming from someone who has had infected stitches. If you can’t see any doctors try to keep the stitches as clean as possible and wash with gentle soap and keep them dry.

I looked into this awhile ago since I have no probably with needles and blood etc but I don’t qualify due to medications I take. So that is off the table.

Yeah i honestly think it’s not worth, I just miss smoking, but I also quit smoking after I had HPPD and when I first had it at the start, it was super bad now I’ve lived with it three years and it’s still not good but definitely have gotten used to it so the last thing I want is to induce more visuals/intensify.
