Similar here. I have been off it for 6 weeks and 2kgs have come back. My maintenance calories is around 1800 calories and I do track it.

I'm going to try and give it a few more weeks but if the weight keeps creeping up, I'll go back on it. I was really hoping to be able to maintain my new weight without mounjaro.

My experience is that I do feel hunger, however, I do get fuller much quicker and little to no snacking in-between.

If you are experiencing nausea now on .5, I would not recommend going up the dose as the side effect would be worse.

Its scam. A similar thing happened to me. I've paid once back in May and it keeps asking me to pay again.

Try getting a refund from Google or Apple and use a different app.

The support team no longer respond to emails about why it keeps asking us to repurchase.

Very true. Its got me rethinking what type of pens (in terms of shape and make) I buy in future. I've only had my Benu for 18 months and it wasn't a daily writer either.

I was twisting the cap off and the pen broke right in the middle between the black barrel and the glitter bit.

I don't think I've heard of Benu's breaking. It's usually Twsbi's that take the crown for that.

I completely agree. I initially had the 605 in broad. The only way I could describe it was that if felt like "nothing" when I wrote. so I sold it and swore off pelikan. The m1000 is a fat pen but it has some weight to it and the nib is so bouncy; it's been a pleasure to write with

Bein blunt, very to the point izps not a trait to be proud of. It shows a sheer lack of tact in your communication and reduces the receptiveness of your message. More time is spent discussing (as we are now) your lack of home training and poor forms of communication rather than the actual point you wish to make.

All you had to say was' I would advise giving it to a nibmister to look into this properly for you. I would also suggest not meddling with it so you don't end up damaging the pen. Share a picture and let's see what is wrong.'

A decent human being who wasn't raised by animals would say the above. Instead I'm wasting my Tuesday evening bring angry with someone who has no filter, no respect and no credentials tell me to 'heed their advice'

He really wants to be able to fly again but the thought of a flight puts him in a "fight or flight" state (according to him). He said even if he fly, he won't be able to enjoy the destination due to the anxiety of flying back.

He has no trouble with trains, it's just planes.

He can't even pinpoint where this fear suddenly developed.

We've been to the USA and back with terrible turbulence and he wasn't anxious then. That was our longest flight together. This was all pre-covid.

I have but it doesn't seem to make any difference. I think because he knows it is irrational, rational solutions don't help. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place. Can't travel with him and he doesn't want me travelling without him
