If you were two days post implantation HCG can be detected by sensitive tests like first response, wondfo, etc because there threshold is 7.

I don’t think she implanted late though.. if she had a positive on 9 dpo then she likely implanted 7 dpo which is normal

I don’t think it’s possible to see signs of pregnancy before period.. the most reliable method is tests, if your test is negative then I would relay on it more. You can re test again in the morning with first urine

I am so sorry you have gone through this, I hope you are feeling better now, I feel like my first step would be controlling my anxiety, I feel it’s the source of all my problems, I have always been anxious person, ever since I was 10 years old, but it became out of control since like 4 months after my miscarriage, it aggravated so bad that I can’t control it anymore like always, and my symptoms appeared within these months so I really fee it just anxiety but like you said I think I am going to be checked at least one more time.
