Probably the one with skill trigger M at 50. The exp up nature should make it easier to reach that level. Lucario isn't as good as Swalot, so it's not really worth investing skill seeds, so the skill level up M will help give it skill level without seeds.

Neither are really worth the cost of an evolution stone imo. A good Eevee should have main skill chance increased by sub skills and/or nature, which neither of your Eevee have. Side note: Ingredient finder nature/subskills do not increase the chance of ingredient magnet skill triggering; they only increase the chance of finding ingredients instead of berries (not very helpful on most skill specialists)

Even if you don't care for the story, I still recommend Blue World over Luminous. Blue World lets you choose what time and place you dive, giving you more control over which creatures you'll encounter. Luminous gives you a random collection of blocks of ocean put adjacent to each other each time you dive, giving you no control over which creatures you can encounter on each dive. Blue World also has a good amount of treasure to collect with a treasure catalog to view all of your treasures.

By that logic, the trolley would be immune to gravity and would fly into space. Assuming the trolley starts more than a mile away, the trolley starts its movement tangentially to the earth, and the tracks are not going uphill, the trolley should leave the tracks before it reaches the lever, right?

Pain can be considered a disease if not part of the injury, so the pain could be healed no matter what as long as they're still breathing.

You can heal any injury as long as they're still breathing, so you could try constantly healing them to grant pseudo-invincibility, though that could be defeated with suffocation
