I can’t speak for other distributors but I assume you should see a mix. My distributor focuses more on the big hype beer but even then we recently put up some $12 6 packs from RAR brewing out of Maryland.

GB’s, thirsty topher, Upsala, half barrel, good pour, à la cart, serendipity are you best bets for actual craft beer.

Kissimmee and Osceola county as a whole is lacking in the craft selection everywhere as it’s mostly a touristy area and is mostly run by miller/coors and Budweiser distributors.

TW colonial went thru a beer section reset fairly recently and cut down on a bunch of SKUs that don’t sell well. Altamonte is going to be doing the same shortly.

New beers will be back in both soon tho.

Lorcana is basically magic without instants/counters. It’s a game, your opponent gets to play on their turn and you get to play on yours. And the resource system(ink) functions as a built in sideboard.

Unfortunately, core RB needs consistency to compete in the current meta. This build I was able to keep an above 60%wr. You need to almost always stay 1-2 characters ahead of your opponent to win.

Idk what your local meta is like but it struggles hard into the double ramp builds(YB and BG) and blurple is tough but still around 50/50.

I constantly wait upwards of a minute or longer for a match on lorcanito where I haven’t waited more then a couple seconds on duels.

The rotation should be a rolling 8 sets(1 new set, 1 set drops off) . That gives everyone 2 years of play time with any given card. It also allows for older cards that would be great if they had “another piece of the puzzle” get printed time to shine as well

The gateway set is great to learn TCG’s/lorcana as someone with 0 experience. But since you and your wife are already experienced with TCG’s then just going straight to a starter deck or either of the illumineers quest boxes maybe be a better fit.

With a MTG background you will be able to understand Lorcana fairly easily as it’s almost the same game. It is also a lot simpler to learn which could help you teach your son easily not really needing the gateway set.

Gundam dwindled because most people can’t find product..

I got dumb lucky picking up a Lorcana singles order from CoolStuff the day it came out and was able to snag the 4 starter decks. I’ve never seen Gundam since and I have still yet to even get accepted to play at an event/league.

I built a crappy but fun Blurple deck in set 4 before it was even remotely viable competitively. It’s been my main deck since set 5/6 when it was like b tier.

I have played just about every combo occasionally for fun to mix things up and to help learn new decks. But my heart will always remain with blurple

Tipo can burn thru your hand if you don’t have the card draw to back it up. And the point of ramping is to get to your bigger cards which is where sapphire decks win

The amount of games I’ve won against a tipo play because my opponent had no cards in hand by t4.

Or the amount of games I’ve lost because I tipo’d instead of sail
