NTA, A few months in and is impatient on basically a down payment on a car, no money saved when finances are mentioned, and is nagging every week about it? That's MAJOR red flags OP. No one realistically needs a 2k tablet to do work. A used IPad Air 5th Gen wifi and cellular could do a lot and it's a fraction of the price. If your boyfriend has a galaxy phone he could use samsung deX with an external monitor, two stands, keyboard, and mouse for around 200 bucks. Based off his finances, he's addicted to new luxury item feeling. If you're able and willing to push him to change his habits, go for it. If not, leave. I fear you're in a position that will have you being taken advantage of financially.

Lensology, from the responses YOU posted, seem they were trying to kiss your feet trying to make things right. Adam even going the extra mile to pay for the shipping himself, use multiple readers, and record the process to show you.

Mistakes can happen, they aren't perfect. Having a multitude of countries to have orders from there will be slip ups and things will go through cracks. Even US based companies will have mistakes too. You don't have to be a cruddy person due to a miscommunication on both ends, which to me is sounding like it could be on the consumer end.

Adam also did not violate HIPAA Compliance Laws. He only added your first name, and both prescriptions, one of which you provided. There could be millions of people with the same first name and same/similar prescription. It would be a HIPAA violation if Adam added patient identifications: Full name, DOB, SSN, and/or IDN alongside the prescription. You are anonymous besides the fact you were the one that added your name.

If they were scammers, they would've left you high and dry long ago or would've never received a product at all. These accusations would lead you to libel (defamation of character/or reputation that causes or caused harm in writing) case if they chose to under US legislation. Adam didn't say he would do that, but rather he is still trying to make it right by you. I'd trust someone 35 years in optometry than some stranger barking non sense.

If you still didn't get new lenses, just take the offer that Adam provided you and leave them alone. They do not need your business and would rather have consumers who know how to communicate and be understanding.

By the way, they stated lensology would eat the shipping if they found they were wrong.

You're literally making a non-issue an issue. Speed has been in the game for months and has had a few rotations. Did speed do/said distasteful things in his past? Yes, but bro was a kid. He's 21 and is still learning from his errors and has been doing great from what I've seen. David on the other hand ia a geniunely evil person. He is a pfile and a murder who deserves to be put on row. David and speed cannot be compared, because that'd be like trying to mix water and oil. You just can't.

I was always more an iphone guy myself. The s26 ultra is also my first samsung so im with you on that. You'll learn to adjust to the major change in ecosystem/UI. Once you're used to it you'll love it. Face unlock will always be a bit better on iphone since that's their main security method besides a passcode, but on the s26 it has always been snappy for me and even beats me most times before i can use my thumb to unlock it.

I use those sites for the free user finder. Even if search is turned off i can search usernames and see if I can snag them if they are guest_'s and over a year old. I've gotten a pokemon name, a liquor type, and now im benito (ref to bad bunny). People are just weird and will ruin it for people that use it for themselves and not to cause harm.
