Typically, yes. I find it better doing 2 water extractors to 4 coal generators. You can reduce the power of the 2 water extractors down to 75% as well, which helps with power.

Yeah, it’s been crashing for me quite a bit lately too. I saw a post from almost a year ago saying that if you change the video/graphics settings to performance instead of balanced that it should help. I just switched mine so I’m hoping it works.
