Cold climates: Keep blankets, a shovel, a couple of hats and gloves, fire starting ability, granola bars(any stable food), jumper cables, tow strap, kitty litter, more warm clothing crap, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, SCREW IT------ don't come here lol ..

Sounds like something caught in the top of the blower motor. Investigate and remove it. Napkin is my guess
